The other 2 are most likely doing the same, but I can't prove or disprove it. At least 1 monitor, but most likely all of them, is using the GTX 1050 to render, then passing that through the Intel HD Graphics. The dedicated GPU(GTX 1050 in my laptop) will not work at all if the integrated GPU(Intel HD graphics 630 in my laptop) is not active. Turns out, laptop GPUs are not stand alone but co-processors. After some experimenting I got 1 monitor using the GTX 1050, and 2 using the onboard graphics. After some digging I figured out that all 3 monitors were using the onboard graphics. I was actually able to get three monitors working pretty easily, but the performance was bad(couldn't watch a youtube video without screen tearing). I figured I should share my results incase anyone else is trying to do this.

With persistence and dedication I was able to figure out how to connect 3 monitors(laptop display turned off), using the dedicated graphics and a docking station. I have been trying to get triple monitors without paying for an external gpu. You can play games on the monitor using the dedicated GPU though.
